Refund due - Terrible customer service

Having followed every instruction given by Afrihost.

I have ended up with two accounts, two routers and paying double for 3 months.

When informing afrihost of this, the people I dealt with in sales tell me it's an easy fix and everything will be refunded but when dealing with Pearl and Wendy in accounts they refuse to listen to anything and refuse to action the refund.
