Refund

Disgusting, utterly disgusting.

How can you push a refund to reflect on the 14th working day. Why can I not get a POR or a proper response? It's just the refund has been requested and takes 7 to 14 working days to reflect. When was the refund process, has it been processed, when will it reflect and why has your service dropped?

I just want my refund and you guys can't give me straight answers...
