Rediculous Service

We ordered Fibre from Afrihost via Vumatel.Almost a month ago. Our account got debited weeks ago already, yet no attempt at installation has been made yet.

Afrihost is typically very good. In this instance though, I have to be honest, the ball was dropped.... A few times.... Firstly, we got debited for installation eventhough when we app**** it was advertised as Free installation. To make matter worse, the installation is not even done yet.... Not even attempted.

Secondly, about a week or two ago I spoke to someone at AH support around this asking for a refund and a cancellation. The refund would have been the next Monday, after which I would have cancelled. But now more than a week later, still no refund...?
