Really REALLY bad support/customer service

<p>Afrihost may have some decent prices, but if you go for them, pray that you dont encounter any issues as their support service is REALLY bad. I currently have ADSL, hosting and mobile broadband with them so I am a loyal supporter.</p> <p> </p> <p>So, for the past week (7 days), I have not been able to connect to the internet with their APN. I have been going back and forth wasting my money on their call centre to no avail. They promise to call me back and they never do. They literally just give up and stop responding to messages. So basically, as it stands, I cannot do anything data related on my phone, which is also my business phone. As a result, I will be cancelling everything I have with them so that I can start receiving emails and doing other data related activities on my phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>Don't let prices fool you. Their customer services and support is really bad, and if you have issues, be prepared to be offline for a very long time, if not forever like me.</p>
