Really really bad customer support ( telephonic)

Really really DISAPPOINTED by the service I have received so far!!!!!

I've placed my order on the 20th of December 2018. I had no communication since then untill I called on the 15th of Jan 2019 to follow up only to find out there is no instruction logged on their side for installation... by the 23rd of Jan they came out and did installation after a hugeeeee struggle to actually get the lines working . I then came to realise that the speed of my line I've selected is way to slow to even work for what I want to use it for... I can not use the wifi at all for what I need it for.. I then tried to do an upgrade on the speed of my line but they said they can not do it until the case has been closed. Up untill now which is the 1st of Feb 2019. No one has helped me to sort the actual problem so I can actually use my wifi! I've been promised to ve callee back various times! No luck!! I've been billed but I cqn not even make use of my product????

This is so frustrating and I wont reccomend them to anyone at thus stage!
