Really bad communication and service

<p>Afrihist manages my ADSL line which has been down for a week, still no eta on repair. The only response i get from afrihost is that they have logged the call. Their service is really going down.</p> <p> </p> <p>Manage your line means we will create a telkom call if the line is faulty but other then that you are on your own.</p>
