Ready to part ways with this service provider

I submitted problem tickets, sent email to the accounts department, neither of which elicited a response from Afrihost. After weeks of getting the run-around in when I was experiencing technical issues with my mobile data, I'm ready to part ways with this company. In fact my last email to Accounts had words to that effect. So hopefully someone will respond and get the ball rolling for me. I'm tired.
