Firstly, I would give lower if it was an option.

I cannot describe the irritation towards this company when their tech support provide the most generic responses with no results. I am not exaggerating when I am talking about 15 identically worded emails over the delivery of a SIM card... Absolutely painful. I have used them for years (and regrettably this isnt the first time I have been at the mercy of their lack of support), It ends ASAP.
