Rain Wireless with Afrihost pathetic

So after a horrific 2 years with Telkom LTE we decided to try Rain LTE with Afrihost........... drove all the way from Pretoria to their office to discuss the options and signal, was told that we are in coverage and that the LTE will work perfectly.

after a week connectivity went down to 2mbps and 100+ms ping. logged a support call that Afrihost did not bother responding on. after more escalations they responded with "restart the router" after 40 min on the phone you get "we currently have a problem with the service" for the last two weeks!!!!!. and that I need to move the router around in the house.... uhm its connected to an external poynting antenna on the roof that's calibrated to your tower..................... then its back to o we have data issues at the moment.

this is Telkom service all over again.

please please please do not support or even think about getting this with afrihost!!!!!!!!!!!!!
