Rain LTE A Router Hijacking / Pathetic Communication

Overall my Afrihost experience in the past was of good nature, but this last experience has most defnitely damaged my view of their usually excellent costomer care.

Due to the stock shortages of their Rain LTE A Routers I expected a delay and was fine waiting for the router.

When the router was shipped I made an address change and they accomodated me, BUT here comes the interesting part the next day when the router was due for the delivery was hijacked and subsequently my order was cancelled without confirmation on my side, Firstly something like this should not happen with a big reputable country such as yours and IF it should happen routers should be allocated by priotity to that costomer to ensure that it is sent out asap.

I am very shocked at the pathetic costomer services I receievd, I had to wait in for more than one day and not ONE costomer representative agent contacted me regarding this.

Your distribution should be direct with costomers as working with Digital Planet was an additional schlep.
