Rain ISP and Afrihost not living up to marketing promises

Afrihost are selling the RAIN LTE product. In the beginning the speed was fine, then after a few months the speed reduced and the internet connection became intermittent. The normal fix recipe, "reboot the router" is not helping. Afrihost then escalates it to Rain and I am now waiting with no idea how long it will take or when service will be restored, if at all. Afrihost solution is to cancel RAIN LTE and opt for 3G product. I would expect Afrihost if they sell a product to support it fully?
