Rain Device

I received the rain router that I ordered at the end of November 2017. I have sent numerous emails to the call center, regarding the speeds that we are getting from the device. The 1st mail was sent on the 14th December, the second mail was sent on the 4th of January. The 3rd mail I have sent today at 7am this morning. I have downloaded the afrihost speed test and sent the results through to the relevant people. To date, I still have had no joy with the device. You state clearly on your website that we expect speeds between 10–50Mbps. We currently don't even get 5mb for download... Something needs to be done.
