Rain Device

<p>Ordered and received the new LTE device with RAIN technology. The device was used for 1 day from 4pm to 10pm when it stopped working. I logged into the Afrihost dashboard and was surprised to find that apparently 5GB had been used. I received a pro rata amount of 8GB for the last few days of July. After connecting to the device again on Monday morning the webpage that opended claimed that the account was capped, this is contrary to the dashboard that says I have 3GB left. Afrihost confirmed that only 3GB had been used! This new product doesnt inspire much confidence in the product and going forward I am concerned that the data will just disappear as it has in this case. I doubt very much that I could use a full 8GB in half a day. Afihost support wasnt very helpful and it is clear that they do not have a proper understanding of this technology. This is very disappointing. Please contact me to arrange a return under the CPA.</p>
