R19 admin fee or my account will be suspended...

My Debit bounced the other day and I paid my account 1 day later through my bank card. To my surprise I received a account suspension email for an outstanding amount of R19... I called the contact center and was advised that the R19 is a admin fee for my debit that bounced. My bank charges me R6 for bounced debits... I'm leaving this review to expose how ridiculous this actually is and how companies will exploit you for R19 to make a extra buck... I eventually paid my R19 admin fee but here you go afrihost. Enjoy your review. I hope my review finds many a people so everyone can see how pathetic your minor charges are.
