I wish to commend Quinton in your support team for the way he handled our problem yesterday. He was courteous and friendly as he assisted with my queries when I called your DSL support line last night. Such professionalism is rare nowadays. Quinton is an asset to your company and is part of the reason I look forward to doing business with you again in the future.
