QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT OFFERS POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

I signed up with Afrihost on the 6th Jan 2021, I was immediately debited R1500 for installation which I had no issue with. I was also immediately debited a pro rate fee of R409, How can you debit someone a pro rate fee when the fibre cabling was never installed and the router was never delivered? When I called in I was told as per their system it shows I was connected. When I questioned how that was possible when I just signed up a half hour ago they said they will get back to me, after several calls and waiting to get through to someone they eventually credited my account. Once I was connected it took only two hours and then I started getting internet issues, I have been with Afrihost for almost three weeks and I have had constant internet issues. It's just utter disgusting customer service and overall lies they feed you about unthrottled, unshaped, uncapped!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SOOOOO QUICK TO DEBIT YOUR ACCOUNT BUT OFFER VERY POOR SERVICE!
