Quick to take money, Not so quick to refund!

I actually heard good things about Afrihost, but jeez I've been struggling. I've returned my router because I cancelled my service with them (Because my area was still in rollout phase). After I've returned the router, they charged me for it and said they will refund me once they receive the router. I sent the router on the 22nd of March and I am waiting for my refund. I email accounts@afrihost on a daily basis but they started to ignore me after a while. PLEASE REFUND ME. R 1000 is quite a lot for me at the moment.
