Quick to deduct money... Slow to pay it back

Recently put in fiber with afrihost I made payment and sent them the proof of payment On the 10th i even let one of the agents know that i did The 11th they debited from my account the same amount i paid I asked them to send my money back but now I have to wait 3 weeks for my own money to be paid back to me
