Quick to charge but thats all

I have logged 7 emails and have had no response. I then logged a sms to which I got a call back and was informed that it was afrihosts server that was the problem and was told that it would be sorted immediately. That was 4 days ago. Can someone call me back and sort this **** out. You take the money straight away but that is all. I am getting seriously ****ed off.<br> <br>
