Quick to Bill Slow to Support

Afrihost Delivered my Router and Fibre Installation and Invoicing in record time. Sadly this is were there impressiveness stops. They have not been able to fix my issue for the last 5 days, nor have they been able to indicate what the problem is and how long it will take to resolve. Every time I follow up the agents make me repeat the same tests with the same results and provide the same lack of any progressive feedback. Sadly I have been invoiced for a service that hasn't worked since the day it was installed.
