Quick efficient repair

Good day, I have been a satisfied customer of Afrihost for many years and will definitely continue to support them. Yesterday a tree fell over and completely destroyed the fibre network cable on our property. I reported the problem yesterday, Sunday afternoon via the Client zone. What a super surprise when early this morning Openserve contacted me and the cable was replaced and my internet up and running before 11:00. Thank you Elize Malan
