I have contacted your offices repeatedly over the past week and all I get is the same responses over and over and over again

"Our warehouse manager will contact you"

"I have escalated it with the warehouse"

"I apologize for the inconvenience, I will get someone to contact you in the next hour"

and yet NOTHING has actually happened, there has been no feedback at all, I keep having to contact you for an update.

You are so quick to send the routers and information to clients but when they have problems you fail to assist them. Do you not want to keep the current clients you have??
