Putrid connectivity

Please can someone at Afrihost tell me why your service plus internet suck so bad, I have endless connection problems and cannot even connect with stability for more than a hour, one person on a wifi router on a 40 meg line, this is putrid!! I have complained before but No ONE has come back to me, My Telkom 4 meg ADSL line was more stable than your pathetic internet. Your advertising is Flase,it says fast and reliable, and you have given me neither of the 2 Afrihost. why are hiding, you make it so hard to be contacted!!
