Pure NONSENSE Fibre by Afrihost

After numerous complaints about super slow internet speeds, whilst paying for something advertised as PURE FIBRE 8mbps uncapped, unshaped, unthrottled, no thresholds. And i'm getting wifi speed of 0.11mbps.

I have logged so many complaints and asked for help. The one technician (Kamohelo) actually suggested i should try to fix the problem myself.

I don't get how a person pays for a service and can't even get what he/she is paying for. And the has to beg and plea and be told to try and fix it yourself. I mean really.
