PURE JOY - MORE LIKE PURE AGONY!!

Since Saturday 27 September I have had issues where my internet does not work, I have spoken to at least 10 agents, it has been 5 days and still I do not have a stable connection. I am paying for a service that I cannot use. This is pathetic to state it politely.
