Pure Internet Nightmare

Fibre internet was installed in our apartment this week but the installer replaced our DSTV connection with his own connection with the result that we longer have a TV connection. We made contact with Afrihost today and were utterly flabbergasted at the cold unhelpful response. The Afrihost staff seem quite happy that we can't have internet and TV simultaneously. How utterly ridiculous! Our DSTV connection was working 100% before they set foot in our apartment. We have been brand new customers for not even a week and we are terribly disappointed and utterly disgusted by their bad attitude and total disregard for the customer. The Afrihost advertising promises pure internet joy but the reality of our experience is the complete opposite. We deeply regret ever going with Afrihost.
