Pure internet nightmare

I have had slow, intermittent and non-existent internet access ever since day one with Afrihost. Their call line is "too busy to take your call" even after hours. Their email response takes about a week. They say they have asked Octotel to look at the line - nothing from them either. No matter how many screen-shots of poor connectivity reports I email through to them, I'm ignored.

They don't eve respond to requests to cancel their service.

I wish I'd never heard of them.
