Pure internet misery!

What's happened Afrihost? Seems that you've really dropped the ball, judging by the list of complaints from January 2023 alone.

My case: one month plus for a simple fibre migration. Router delivered 1400kms from fibre point, despite updating address multiple times - and confirming such. Have spent hours trying to sort the problems out: emails, phone, WhatsApp chat etc. Slow to fix the problems; quick to take your money. Been a client for 9 years, but cancelled all the services I had after this frustrating and ******* experience. Account has been debited for R700+ again, and a threat of suspended services. 100% frustrating. 0% service.
