Pure internet hell!!!!

<p>AfriHost has now been deducting money from my account for two months and I have yet to use a single byte of internet, due to the fact that I am not yet connected. Every single email request for advice and assistance is met by useless replies that don't get me any closer to sorting out my issues. They have no physical agents anywhere who might be able to come out and assist. The latest emails where I voice my dissatisfaction and frustration don't get any reply whatsoever. Their live chat support is offline every time I want to use it, their call me back service is only during certain hours and if you call them the waiting time is up to 20 minutes to speak to a consultant, and they don't have a toll free number. </p> <p> </p> <p>I AM DONE WITH THIS COMPANY AND WISH I NEVER EVER HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM! Stay very far away!</p>
