PURE INTERNET HELL

I've been a customer with Afrihost for many years and I have enjoyed their products and service until recently. They started to mess up my billing and ended up double billing me, not delivering the services Im actually paying for the the account just became very messy. I decided rather than try to correct the situation I would simply move my hosting to another company and in the process the wheels fell off completely. What should have been an easy and quick process had taken me over a week now - inefficient staff, disinterested and right out arrogant staff who were unwilling to help. Those willing to help didn't know what they were doing. Such bad services!! Even the manager/supervisor was just as bad as the call centre agents and the ground staff at the actual offices are clueless. I have been sent from pillar to post and not my websites and hosting is totally messed up!! Sies Afrihost and your bad service!!! DISGUSTING!!!
