Pure Internet Hell

I have have been waiting for Afrihost to sort out my line syncing problem since the beginning of February. I have spoken to countless call centre staff including supervision management via phone and emails but have just been left in the dark with empty promises and lies. It is a complete Joke the way i have been treated from a company i once had the utmost respect for. I would advice anyone attempting to use their service to save yourself the torment and rather look for other alternatives. Again another company who grew too quickly and forgot what customer service was all about. So Mr Visser thank you for the pure Internet hell for the last 8 weeks and please don't bother about a refund as i don't want anything more to do with your utterly dread-full services. Don
