Pure internet frustration - as i get no joy out of them

On recommendation of my boyfriend and a few close friends i chose to open a 2 GIG mobile data package with Afrihost.

On 20 April i created my account and placed my order.

On 22 April i phoned and send an e-mail (ticket no: GSC-***4) to cancel the order as i did not have the correct RICA documents. i was told to wait until the courier company contact me, so that i can tell them to send it back to Afrihost. To date i have not been contacted.

22 April I receive an e-mail that my SIM is now active and with the couriers for delivery.

On 3 May i contacted Afrihost again to ask them to cancel my order as R99 was deducted off my credit card and i still have not receive my SIM card. Gregory P came back and said there was a slight delay with the couriers and he is working on it.

11 May i receive another e-mail from Gregory P say that data usage was detected on my SIM, where upon a responded to his mail, that he must obtain a signed waybill from the courier as i have not taken receipt of the SIM card. Heard nothing from him again.

i phoned the call centre, spoke to a Vaughn T - he has also not have done anything about the issue.

13 May i phoned Afrihost again, spoke to Sechaba Moeng who said he has contacted the courier company and waiting for them to respond.

it is now 16 May, and none of the Afrihost consultants have managed to sort out this issue.

This is theft - i have not received the SIM - but money are being deducted off my credit card.

None of the above mentioned employes bothered to pick up the phone and give me an update on what they are doing to solve the problem.
