Pure DSL - Useless

Afrihost has a new Pure DSL package that they're offering. Supposedly with an installation done by Openserve. Afrihost will receive a poor review because you guys should never say that the installation would be done within 14 working days when that's not true. You guys have no pull in Openserve and by trying to provide a service that you can't provide, just tarnished your name.

I have ordered the Pure DSL package on the 11th of June. Everyday that I call in to find out the process, I hear that someone will call me today, someone will call me tomorrow.

Nobody calls. Useless services. Hate it. Had to cancel my internet package trusting that my package will be activated withing 14 days but nothing. Just empty Afrihost promises.

By the way Openserve says there's nothing they can do, I have to liase with Afrihost.
