Pulling teeth

<p>Supposedly they are managing my telkom dsl line. I have requested multiple times for a supervisor to keep me informed of the progress of my query and while one supervisor did this for 2 days the issue is still not resolved and phone calls to theis company cost me already in excess of R500 and still i have to beg for any feedback or progress on my query. I find this unexeptable and poor service.</p>
