Pulling my site down due to a random email complaint that was false.

The pulled my site down after a random email complaining about it. There were contact details on the site and no one contacted me before pulling it down. I got an email after the fact saying its down at 5am on a Saturday saying its breached a trademark "Bitcoin" with no way to to contact abuse at afrihost on the weekend. Disgusting company procedure. Plus when I was sent the wording of the complaint, nothing was said about trademark infringement. Now its Monday afternoon and still my site is still down even after i changed a few things to improve the transparency of the site.
