Public cancellation - To the public: You're better off with even Telkom.

<p>Dear Afrihost</p> <p><br />You have now failed to deliver the third new sim card I have ordered in the past two years. My previous Afrihost support reference numbers are (none of which were ever resolved) were:</p> <p>#PWH-***1</p> <p>#MAI-***8</p> <p> #SHP-***8</p> <p> </p> <p>For the previous two cases I have also posted on Hellopeter where I got some form letter replies, but no resolution.</p> <p> </p> <p>With this message on Hellopeter, I state in writing of my intention to cancel all my Afrihost services, (3 hosting, 4 ADSL, 6 Mobile data) with effect 31 May 2016. All services will be transferred or migrated to Axxess, who could hardly do any worse.</p> <p> </p> <p>After numerous complaints, threats, pleading over the years, cancellation is now my only option, and I can only hope that this warning on a public site will prevent other unsuspecting consumers from wasting their time and energy on Afrihost.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
