Promises to resolve issue but does NOTHING! Just out right lying.

I ordered fibre through Afrihost. Shortly afterwards the fiber was installed by Octotel. No problem and great service so far.

BUT, it simply is not working. Broken.

I phoned Afrihost call center numerous times - each time waiting between 20 and 40 mins to speak to a consultant. It is never ending painfull saga without results.

Consultants are friendly and promises that it will start working in 24 hours, next time I call they promise to do further investigation and then phone me back, next time they say they will contact Octotel and then phone me back, I called again with promise to investigate and phone back. Each time promising to respond within some minutes.

I'm still waiting for that call.

I also tried to log an only support ticket. No response.

Sent an email. No response.

Guess all that remains is to cancel the service.
