Promised quality of service disappointing
<p> For the last two weeks I have been experiencing connection issue and quality of service. </p> <p>1. My adsl line was disconnected.</p> <p>2. Afrihost did not log the ticket with Telkom to fix the line I had to phone in twice for this to happen.</p> <p>3. I asked Afrihost to phone me back to explain what was going on but all I received was two emails one on how to trouble shoot your router and the other email was for a capped connection with different setting. None of it will work when your adsl service is down.</p> <p>4. My line is back up but the quality is terrible my upload speed is half of what it was.
