Cant request a callback of the "revolutionary" clientzone web app as it never works. When the "live chat" is online nobody bothers to respond to you. When you create a support ticket to have someone contact you, all you get is either someone telling you the "fixed" the problem, or someone promising to call you the next day, but never the same person. So far I have spent thousands trying to resolve the issue from my side but its clear the issue is with them and they couldnt care less. Nobody here is prepared to help you. Do yourself a favour and take your money elsewhere.
