PROHIBITED CONSUMER SERVICE

Dissapointing and appauling! Prohibited conduct against consumers. Was asked to take company property to conduct a LAN test, implicating my employment. Was refused escalation by numerous agents. Was told to borrow equipment from neighbors. Offered to pay out of pocket for a technician and was denied. I requested to cancel due to not receiving service as promised, was punitively threatened with cancellation costs despite false and deceptive, misleading marketing on recorded calls. I pay for 150/150 and get average 25/25 and I don't have means to get a LAN laptop or fitting and I am coerced into remaining under their 'contract' or otherwise pay extra. Shocking and definitely worth going as far as the Tribunal to get them to be charged with prohibited conduct and laid down administrative fines. Absolutely appauling and a perfect example of assisting those of class that pays more, hence their alleged proven awards each year. The big cats have voices. But this time the little guy will sing the loudest. I am shocked at what transpired.
