Problem with connecting with Open serve and Afrihost

Although the staff at Afrihost have been very helpful. I have still not been able to connect my WiFi. I have paid my monthly subscription and have had no service. The thechnician that came to my house tested everything and he said all was in order as he tested it with his test email address. The problem could be with Open serve as one of the staff said it could be an ownership issue with the fiber line. I also received an SMS from Open serve saying that I can not take the equipment. I found this very rude as I have no intension of removing anything. The fiber has been in the house for 2 years and I have lived in the house for 15 years and have nop plan of moving. I expect to not have to pay next month as I have received no service this month.
