Prices increased for decreased services.

As I receive no reply elsewhere, I’ll post here. Prices are increasing for decreased services. Why is there absolutely no wifi connectivity half an hour into loadshedding? This is unacceptable. As an ISP you can’t point fingers to Openserve claiming it’s their responsibility when you’re taking money from your clients to ensure connectivity.
