Price changes, with no notice

Afrihost has failed to provide me any notice of pricing changes in writing before making changes to my monthly service cost. I have a fiber product supp**** by Afrihost, Fiber to the home at R399 a month. As of 01/04/2025 they charged me R417 and again on 01/05/2025 R417prior to these dates there has been no notice sent to me as the consumer to be advised of such changes. I have contacted Afrihost and they have advised they are un able to assist as they have sent the notice to almost all their customers, As per their advisor Lesego. I requested to be refunded as they cant make changes with no notice and they have refused to do so. I have attempted to speak to management but they refuse to call me back to discuss this matter. The manager that was supposed to call me back is Kegotso from Afrihost and as of typing this email its been 3 and a half hours and no one has called from their management team. Lesego the agent i was speaking to refused to make any changes her words were ' there's nothing we can do'
