Pretty Useless

Trying to get fibre in this country is almost impossible. Telkom canceled my fibre by mistake. So I made the mistake of applying to Afrihost. Instead of assisting a customer to migrate onto their service they inform the customer that I have to somehow ensure that Telkom ‘release my “B” number into the pool’. I haven’t got a clue what they’re talking about. Surely Afrihost should be able to provide a fibre service without me having to chase up an *********** useless organization such as Telkom to release something? I would’ve thought Afrihost would do what’s necessary to migrate me into their network - but no such luck. Incredibly frustrating.
