PP- Professional but Poor

Easy to work with and very professional in their emails and whatsapps, but totally incapable to resolve fibre connectivity problems. If the fibre line is not theirs, they simply brush you off and add you to the queue. 7 days later and my fibre line is still not activated and my daughter cannot attend her online school
