Poos service from Afrihost

The are administering my fiber connection with OpenServ, but that is only in words. I am already without my fiber connection for more than 102 hours, after they told me the SLA is 24-48 hours, They don't call you back when they say they would. They only want to register new tickets at OpenServ, but don't want to phone them to put pressure on them.

Just wondering why they claim that they administer a line as it does not look if they do anything :(
