Poor whatsapp support and doesn't stop charges for cancelled products.

I had cancelled my domain and hosting during last month. Yet today I was charged for a domain renewal. The domain itself had been cancelled and I did not renew it.

I then started chatting to them via their Whatsapp portal but they are not getting back to me at all. Not good service (I cancelled because I didn't want the domain anymore and was getting spam from people when I did not give out email addresses on that domain)
