Poor Troubleshooting

I am deeply frustrated and irritated by the fact that after every load shedding I have to call Afrihost.com to refresh my connection for me to get network access. Since last September I have been encountering this problem and the technical call centre team is failing to get this matter sorted. This is a serious problem because when I do not call the network connection will not be there for good. I did experience this problem where I failed to call and the network connection was not there for two weeks.

The daunting exercise about Afrihost.com is you talk to different people due to their technical call centre setup. This is flipping annoying because you repeat your problem like a Parrot. I believe this is their weakest link when coming to solve the client problem. Sad part is that come month end you pay the service that does not benefit you. I am ****** naked in this case.
