Poor to non service

Wifi gone off 4 days ago and if you contact Afrihost they just say your case have been escalated. And every day they say you only reported it a day ago. And tell you its 24 hours to 72 hours response time and every day that time starts again and they say wait 24 hours to 72 hours. You cannot contact anyone to get it resolved they tell me there is no one to contact or a supervisor you just have towait until they feel like sending someone out.
