Poor technical support

<p>We have had 4 weeks of intermittent smtp errors of which i have lodged multiple support cases. None of my cases have gone past 1 email from the support team and the issue still persists. I called this morning to speak to someoen senior only to get puched between 6 departments and then told they will call but and still I wait? I expected this sort of service from the other mobile networks but not Afrihost!</p>
